A distributed team had 24 hours to frame an AI startup opportunity, divide work, build a coherent prototype, and present it convincingly.

I led the team through rapid scope control, parallel execution, prototype assembly, and pitch preparation across India, Sri Lanka, and Nigeria.

Reflection

Under extreme time pressure, clear ownership and aggressive scope control create more value than attempting a large unfinished system.

Next iteration

  • Revisit the concept with customer discovery.
  • Separate prototype code from production architecture.
  • Define measurable product assumptions before further development.
