The through-line
I work in the gap between “could work” and “works reliably.”
My work begins with product questions and travels all the way into interfaces, APIs, data contracts, automations, failure states, and the words users actually see.
I am especially interested in AI agents that take useful action, trust systems that make capability inspectable, and products that respect the humans around the model.
The current chapter combines Nadi Rakshak, voice-agent systems, applied-AI research, full-stack product work, and the 407-page book How We Built AI.
